This returns policy is shown separately for easy accessibility for our customers. However it forms part of our terms and conditions which you will need to accept before placing an order.
Our terms and conditions state:
"7. Cancellation
7.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 2 working days before the intended delivery date or before the despatch date where a delivery date has not been chosen.
7.2 To amend or cancel your order, please contact the our customer hotline on 01634 315436 from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am until 5pm on Saturday.
7.3 We regret that you may not cancel an order for perishable food products or customer made items once your order has been dispatched."
If you cancel your order within the above clauses, any payments made (except in the occasion of a specifically non-returnable deposit) will be refunded as soon as practically possible and, in any event, within 30 days.
If the products we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, or if you do not receive the products ordered, we shall have no liability to you other than as set out below.
"10.2 if you notify a problem to us under this clause, our only obligation will be:
10.2.1 to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
10.2.2 to supply and deliver substitute products if your original choice cannot be delivered for any reason;
10.2.3 to replace any products that are damaged or defective; or
10.2.4 to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in questions in whatever way we choose. Refunds are given at the sole discretion of the management.
10.3 Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or good will) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question under clause 10.2.4 above."
